1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GoGreen HVAC ("GoGreen," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, scheduling a service, or engaging our company for any HVAC-related services, you ("you," "customer," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Services

GoGreen provides residential and commercial HVAC services including but not limited to: system installation, repair, maintenance, inspection, emergency services, and free consultations.

All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and EPA-certified technicians. Service availability may vary by location and season.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled window, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, prior job delays, emergency calls) may affect timing. We will notify you of any significant delays.

A valid address and contact phone number are required for all service appointments. Customers must be present at the agreed-upon time or a trip charge may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved financing options.

For installations and major repairs, a deposit may be required before work begins. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment incur no charge. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $75 trip fee.

GoGreen reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, emergencies, or operational constraints. In such cases, no charge will apply.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

GoGreen provides a 90-day warranty on repair labor and a 1-year warranty on installation labor. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer per the manufacturer terms.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoGreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not disclosed at the time of service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
