1. Warranty Overview

GoGreen HVAC ("GoGreen") stands behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we install. This Warranty outlines the coverage provided on services performed by our certified technicians.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, any manufacturer warranties that apply to equipment, parts, and components installed by GoGreen.

2. Repair Labor Warranty

All repair services performed by GoGreen are covered by a 90-day labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return and correct the problem at no additional labor charge.

This warranty applies only to the specific component or system that was repaired, and only if the failure is related to the original repair work performed.

3. Installation Labor Warranty

New system installations are covered by a 1-year labor warranty from the date of installation. This covers any labor required to address installation-related issues that arise during the warranty period.

During this period, if an installation-related problem occurs, we will return to inspect and correct the issue at no labor cost to you.

4. Manufacturer Warranties

Equipment, parts, and components installed by GoGreen are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product type. We will provide all manufacturer warranty documentation at the time of installation.

Typical manufacturer warranty coverage includes:

• •Compressors: Up to 10 years (varies by brand and model)
• •Parts and components: 1 to 10 years depending on the component
• •Heat exchangers: Up to 20 years on select models (limited)
• •Extended warranties available through manufacturer programs

5. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• •Defects in workmanship related to the original installation or repair
• •Labor to reinstall or replace covered parts under manufacturer warranty
• •Re-tightening of connections and fittings that loosen due to normal operation

6. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• •Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or failure to perform recommended maintenance
• •Damage from acts of nature, including lightning, floods, fires, or power surges
• •Issues arising from modifications or repairs made by anyone other than GoGreen technicians
• •Normal wear and tear, including filter replacements and routine consumable parts
• •Problems caused by pre-existing conditions not related to the work performed
• •Damage caused by improper or insufficient maintenance by the customer

7. Maintenance Plan Members

Customers enrolled in our Comfort Care or Total Protection maintenance plans receive extended warranty benefits:

Repair labor warranty extended from 90 days to 180 days (Comfort Care) or 1 year (Total Protection). Priority scheduling for warranty service calls. No trip charges for warranty-related visits during the plan term.

8. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe a warranty issue has arisen, please contact us as soon as possible. Have your original invoice or service receipt number ready when you call.

We will schedule a diagnostic visit to assess the issue. If the problem is determined to be covered under warranty, all labor and applicable parts will be provided at no charge. If the issue is not covered, we will provide a detailed explanation and a written estimate for any recommended repairs.

9. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer at the original service address. Warranty service must be performed by GoGreen or its authorized representatives.

GoGreen's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original amount paid for the covered service or installation.
